Meridian Early College High School is a member of the Jack Pine Conference. Other members of the conference include:

Beginning in 2024-25 there will be two divisions with one conference champion:

Division 1- Bullock Creek, Clare, Gladwin, Shepherd, Standish-Sterling Central and Ogemaw Heights

Division 2- Beaverton, Farwell, Harrison, Pinconning, Meridian and St. Louis
