Speech services are provided for children who qualify through Midland County Educational Service Agency. A speech and language therapist is on-site at least 2 days each week to provide services to children who live in Midland County (though any children who attend any of the programs at the Early Childhood Center may be eligible to receive these services). Children in any of our programs have a very easy transition in receiving these services.

SLD DETERMINATION

Mustang Hill Daycare Center serves children ages two weeks through twelve years. Childcare is open Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am until 6:30 pm and on Fridays from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm. The cost for childcare is determined by the age of the child. Children must attend at least two days each week, following a set schedule (determined by the parent). The cost per day ranges from $50 to $56 per day.

Two preschool programs are offered through Meridian Public Schools.

The Great Start Readiness Program is offered for free to families in Michigan. The child must turn four, but not yet five, by September 1 of the current school year. The program runs Monday through Thursday, September through May. Children attend full days, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. The program includes breakfast, lunch and snack. Transportation is provided through Meridian Public Schools for children who live within district lines.

Meridian Three Year Old Preschool Program is offered for a tuition rate of $600.00 per month for the full day session (9:00 am until 3:00 pm). Children must be three by December 1st of the current school year to be eligible. The program runs Monday through Thursday, September through May. Breakfast and lunch are included daily.
